Dr. Chad Underwood brings a unique education and experience in chemistry, biology, nutrition, sports injuries, and chiropractic to the Upstate that gives him an unparalleled edge when treating patients. In addition to using a manual, hands on technique, Dr. Underwood also utilizes low and no impact tools which are specifically designed to eliminate force felt by the human body. These tools are gentle enough for infants, the elderly, and frail patients. With a comprehensive understanding of the nervous system, there is a focus on proper spine alignment to alleviate long term effects on the nervous system, which may result in conditions such as disc problems, neck and back pain, joint problems, and decreased quality of life.

Your First Visit

During your visit we’ll provide you with an assessment and a recommended treatment plan, as appropriate. This means we’ll discuss your situation, your relevant health history, and we will provide you with an explanation of chiropractic, and how nerve pressure on the spine correlates to your pain, as well as its impact on other parts of your body. On your first visit, please bring the completed New Patient Form, the completed Consent Form, and all insurance cards and co-pays. If you are a new patient, please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to complete all paperwork, or print and complete the forms online and bring them with you to your initial visit.

There are never any long-term obligations in visiting us or becoming our patient. We promise no hidden fees or other unpleasant surprises. We accept all insurance that covers chiropractic.
